REFUND PROCESS

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and approved by our quality check team.

REFUND TIMELINE

Once approved, refund is initiated within 5–7 business days.
Final credit time depends on your bank, UPI, card provider, or payment gateway.

REFUND METHOD

• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method.
• COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI after verifying details.

CHARGES REFUND EXCEPTION

Shipping, COD, convenience fees, and gift-wrapping charges are normally non-refundable.

Exception: If wrong product sent by us or verified quality issue from our side, these charges will also be refunded.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

If only some items are returned from an order, refund will be processed only for approved returned items.

STORE CREDIT OPTION

In select cases we may offer TvastraFit Store Credit instead of refund.
Applies to size-related returns, promotional orders, or exchange requests.
