To qualify for a return:

  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be included.

  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during sale or special promotions (unless defective).

  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable).

  • Gift cards (if applicable).


4. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your refund.


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect after approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.


6. Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
