ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp on your registered contact details.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
- Please ensure your address and contact details are correct while placing the order.
- If delivery fails due to wrong address, incomplete details, or customer unavailability, the courier may attempt delivery again.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment after repeated failed delivery attempts.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Address change requests are only possible before the order is shipped. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE
Delivery timelines may be affected due to courier delays, weather conditions, natural calamities, festivals, high order volume, or service restrictions in your area.

DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with photos. Unboxing video is required for any damage claims.
